Digitizer Only - Read below**
I have found a UK supplier for this screen, you will need to remove the frame from your old screen and glue it on your new one.
They are out of stock if the price is £209.98 (normally £109.98).

The USB door can be 'pulled off', but I don't recommend you do unless you have a new one to replace it, as mine was loose after pulling it off.
NOTE: MrCell has kindly sent me one of these screens so I could show you how to swap the white plastic/metal frame over.
You will need to get the broken screen nice and HOT to soften the glue with a fan heater/hair dryer and then use a thin knife to separate the white plastic from the front glass.
**Someone asked if I could make a video on only replacing the digitizer.
The AMOLED display is made of glass and 0.45mm thick, even with my patience and experience I seriously doubt I could separate it from the digitizer without breaking it.
This shows how hard it can be http://youtu.be/qNs3CyHZpmI

To replace a damaged LCD (amoled)/Digitizer you'll need:
T5 star type screwdriver. (search for torx on Google Shopping).
Small Bladed or Philips Screwdriver
Plastic separation tool e.g. knife, guitar pick or credit card etc.
DIY repairs will void any warranty.
High Resolution Scan of the mainboard (5000x5000)
