The City of Tampa Black History Committee (COTBHC) presents The 24th Annual City of Tampa Black History Celebration. The program's theme, "Reining in Finance: Reshaping the American Dream," focuses on the correlation between affordable housing, credit management, and generational wealth. COTBHC uses this occasion as an opportunity to inspire the Tampa Bay area to maintain a proactive approach to financial planning. Joining Mayor Bob Buckhorn on the program is Tampa City Council member Frank Reddick. The keynote speaker is Pamala McCoy, CEO of BONA5D Credit Consultants.
