I wanted to make a quick 2-3 minute video and talks about how Home Options Made Easy can assist when it comes to purchasing via Owner Finance in Austin
Once I finally received my Real Estate License many years ago, I had to start from the ground up. I worked for a large brokerage that had a primary focus on buyers that could get a loan thru a bank, and for those that could not get a loan well the only option was a lease
I spent my first summer as a Realtor doing leases for those that could not get approved thru a bank, I saw to many potential home buyers miss out on obtaining a home, due to credit, or other factors, essentially if you could not get approved by the bank, there was nothing that could be done except a lease, there were not options available
Well, this did not sit well with me when I worked for a home builder nor as a new agent, but I had to get my feet wet, and find a way to help those, when a bank says NO. I felt everyone deserves the opportunity of home ownership, regardless of credit, or other factors, if someone is able to afford the monthly payments and has a true desire to be a home owner; they should be allotted that avenue.
I took this as a learning lesson, and made it my mission to create a Brokerage that specializes in helping those when others say no, that's why at Home Options Made Easy we offer you solutions to obtain home ownership, regardless of past credit history as we do not have to deal with traditional banks, we work with motivated sellers that see the win win solution for both buyer and seller in creative financing
