Now you may ask, if I am purchasing a house via owner financing, and a bank is not involved, why do you have an in house lender and offer credit repair solutions?
The reason is, with owner financing, yes you get the deed to the property, and yes there is not a need to qualify with a traditional lender to obtain home ownership, however when talking about owner financing Austin Homes, owner financing is typically for a pre-negotiated period after which time you as a buyer, would need to obtain your own financing.
